Placing an online order
All in-stock (undecorated) items can be purchased online 24 hours-per-day, seven days-per-week using our state-of-the-art shopping cart system. You will be required to create an account to add items to your cart. After you have made your purchase online, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail of your order. Please keep in mind that we are only open Monday-Friday and if you place your order during the weekend or holidays, we will not start processing your order until the following business day. Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card and AMEX through our
secure online system. When placing an order online a real-time ordering system
will authorize your card instantly. A settlement will occur within 24 hours of
your order. We must receive full payment before your order is processed. If you
pay by personal or company check, we will not process your order until your
check clears the bank. NO SALES TAX, EXCLUDING FLORIDA AND CANADIAN RESIDENTS.
Custom
Orders
Custom orders CANNOT be
cancelled or changed after they are put into production. We want to make sure that your
order is processed to meet your full expectations. Please note that if your information
is inaccurate your cresting order will be incorrect. IMPORTANT: be sure to check
our sizing chart before ordering to insure your correct jersey size. Additional charges
may apply if prolonged, unforeseen graphics time is required for artwork
development. Quotes - When requesting a price quote for
custom orders, please give us as much detail as possible, such as style number, size,
quantity and the customizing details to be done.

Cancellations

ORDERS once they have been placed and payment has been made.
Guarantee
We guarantee our products against material defects and workmanship. As defects
should be visible soon after the uniform has been used, the company reserves the
right to determine if the defects were caused by abusive use or in the process
of manufacturing. The company will take into consideration only the defects due
to faulty workmanship. Dye lots may vary.Outfit My Team will not be held
responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen shipments once they have left our
facility.
Shipping
Charges FREE SHIPPING is on all ATHLETIC KNIT orders over $200.00 or more,as long as it
ships to a business, school or other commercial address.
Delivery
Merchandise will
be shipped via UPS ground directly from the manufacturer to you. In stock items that do
not need to be customized will take about 1-2 week to ship. Production time for custom
orders varies depending on the style and/or brand and time of year. An estimated ship
date will be given, but the actual ship date can vary depending on production load. We
are not responsible for production delays. Allow enough lead time when placing your
order. Delivery times are calculated in business days only. Next Day Air or
2-Day service is offered for Alaska and Hawaii.
Care
Instructions:
- Please wash
screen printed garments inside out;
- Use only cold
or lukewarm water when washing;
- Use only mild soap or detergent. DO NOT USE BLEACH OF ANY KIND.
LAY FLAT TO DRY IMMEDIATELY AFTER WASHING. DO NOT MACHINE DRY!
